R we really so called materialists??

We have no crave for worldly possessions..

But all we think of is physical matter…

One material to other we update our ken

Gaining knowledge is not waste

But specialization must be of taste

Metals, polymer, ceramics

Alloy, blend or make composites

One must keep his database updated,

Because of the pace

This 21^st century branch has generated.

As the world is getting smaller and smaller

We r focusing better nd better

Gone are the days of micro

Nano is spot on

The day pico will hit the chart,

World will become ultra smart.

That day will commemorate

The contributions of the past

As we learn from the experiences

Of the fore fathers of the past.

May someday people

Remember our names

Thinking of fame

Our today delays

Working and working

Round the clock

We hope to unravel

The quest of the dark

Though the light will shine

One day upon us

Our long held secrets will

Enlighten the world

Hoping this day to come soon

We everyday go to school
